2-1-1 is the only comprehensive information and referral resource available in Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. One of our objectives is to reach out to the community to make residents more aware of 2-1-1 and available community resources. • Guest Speakers at Meetings:
  We offer professional presentations on a number of information and referral related topics in order to educate the community about 2-1-1, how it works, how it helps and what referral services are available to residents.
  
• In-services for Agency Professionals:
  In service presentations are available for social service agency staff, community groups, businesses, schools, government offices, etc. We can inform your staff on how they can better help their customers, neighbors, students, etc. Workshops are also available on Suicide Awareness and Active Listening Techniques.
  
• Fairs and Information Tables:
  No community health fair or trade show is complete without 2-1-1. We provide professional staff to answer questions about our services and available community resources.
  
• Information Material Distribution:
  We publish a comprehensive selection of literature and brochures that detail our services. Information is available in English, Spanish and Creole and is free to community groups for: distribution.
  
• Radio, TV and Media Interviews:
